Making Sense: Object Playground

That objects have voices, and have things to say is self evident to makers, but if you don’t make, this claim may sound surprising. We wanted to try to find a way in which people less familiar with making  could experience the sensation of objects that speak without becoming makers themselves. From this desire Making Sense: Object Playground was born.

Consisting of a group of handmade metal objects and a blank space, visitors are invited to choose and arrange objects from the group before answering the  question: what does it say to you?

Making Sense: Object Playground was launched at London Design Festival as part of Material Matters 2022.
